Member Prices:
Members of the San Jose Museum of Art are eligible to order Store merchandise at the "Member Price," a 10% discount. Purchases of Memberships are not included in this discount. When filling out the order form, you will be asked to verify your Member status by entering your SJMA Membership number. Non-member customers who are purchasing a Museum Membership with their order are eligible to start using their discount right away; simply enter the word "pending" in the Membership number field on the order form.
SJMA Members are also eligible to receive special Member prices when purchasing advance tickets for Museum Special Events. The amount of this discount varies with the event.
Order Processing:
WE ARE SORRY, BUT AT THIS TIME WE ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO PROCESS INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
The Museum Store ships every THURSDAY via UPS. Please allow 2-10 business days for receipt, depending on the shipping distance from San Jose and the day your order was placed. We calculate shipping prices according to the standard UPS table, taking into account total weight and distance. Shipping is not charged for the purchase of Museum Memberships or for special events tickets that are being held at will call. 8.25% sales tax will be added to California orders. Sales tax is not added on shipping charges, the purchase of Museum Memberships, or special event ticket orders.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
If you prefer to pay by check, please mail it to us with your order information to the address above, Attn: The Museum Store. Shipping of items paid by check will be held 5-10 business days to wait for the check to clear.
A NOTE ON HOLIDAY SHIPPING: For timely Christmas delivery, we recommend that you place your order no later than December 10th to allow plenty of time for your package to reach you or your recipients. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee Christmas delivery. (UPS sometimes experiences delays at this time of year.)
Please be advised that if you are purchasing a Membership, the processing and mailing of cards and information may take up to 14 days. If you would like to visit the Museum before your cards arrive, please print out your order confirmation page and show it at the admissions desk. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
